Again, be very careful not to make her angry. Rhonda even started sweeping up the hair and with further humilitation, swept over my sister's feet two times as if she was not a human being. The character that Rhonda has displayed is very scary and my sister was speachless & tearful as Rhonda began her never-ending, out-of control ranting. One would think that the owner would try to step in and take control of things but this did not happen either. What is wrong with this woman? Rhonda even jerked the photo from my sister and took it over to the other hair dresser (the owner) loudly shouting all of the time and upsetting the other customer as well as the owner. (Rhonda even said that my sister's hair looked like a helicopter on top because it was sooooo square looking). She said that my sister "should have said in the beginning about how she wanted her hair". As my sister began to tell Rhonda that she could not go home looking like this, Rhonda started getting loud and telling my sister that she has never had anyone "not like their haircut".
By the time the butchering was finished, my sister had a haircut of a combination of an elderly lady and a man's haricut of no more than "2 inches in length"in some places. After plenty of haircut photos and conversation about how short my sister wanted her hair cut (no more than 4 inches) Rhonda proceeded to cut as she so desired in the manner of "Edward Sissor Hands". My sister had the hair cut from Hell yesterday from Rhonda.
